Okay, here's the place to discuss when you've had a nightmare.
Last night, I had one of the worst nightmares ever.
Here it is (P.S. David is a guy in my class. We still are in eighth grade, but in the dream we're High School Seniors.):
Please live…
I was in the place where they donate blood. I had been told David R. from my class had been sent there.
I went to where he was to see if he was going to be okay.
“David?” I said, looking down at his unconscious body. I felt his heart beat, it was still there, but it was going away quickly. I tried giving him the kiss of life, but that didn’t help much. I started singing the song from when we were in 8th grade. “Fair thee well, fair thee well, fair thee well my fairy fey, for I’m going to Louisiana for to see my Susianna, singing Polly Wolly Doodle all the day.” Usually that would annoy him enough to react. But this time he didn’t react at all. The doctor in charge of the blood transplants came into the room. I asked, “Is David going to be okay, doctor?”
“Well, he’s lost some very important blood. I’m afraid if he doesn’t have a transplant within five minutes, he’s not going to make it,” the Doctor said.
“How much will it cost for a transplant?” I asked.
“Five thousand dollars.”
I took out my wallet and gave him the money.
I lied down, getting ready for them to take out the blood from my veins.
After they did that and transplanted the blood to David, I went unconscious.
David got up. “Wha- what happened?”
The doctor explained that I had transplanted my blood to him.
Then David walked towards me. “Anna?” he asked, looking down at me. He started singing like I had before, “Oh I went down south for to see my Sal singing Polly Wolly Doodle all the day. Oh my Sal she is a spunky gal, singing Polly Wolly Doodle all the day.”
“Oodle, doo, d-ay. Oodle, doodle, oodle doodle day,” I sang with what I had left. “What are you still doing here, David? You can live now.”
“I know,” David said. “Why’d you do it though?”
“Well, you know,” I said. “As Freddy from iCarly says, ‘when a g irl constantly rips on a guy it really means she has a crush on him.’” I used almost all my muscles to smile slightly. It hurt too much now. So I quickly turned back to a frown.
“You have a crush on me?”
“Yeah, ever since eighth grade. During the All-County Choir, I realized I had a strange crush on you. I was going to wait until after we got out of College to tell you, but it’s too late now.”
David smiled. “I knew I was irresistible.”
“David!”
“Sorry.”
“So go now, you can live,” I said, not wanting him to see what was about to happen to me.
“Yeah, but you can’t.”
“It doesn’t matter David, as long as you can.” I slowly lifted my arm up to see my watch. “Ow!” I looked at the time. “Only one more minute until my heart stops beating. So go, please.” I started to cry, but the tears hurt as well.
“Okay,” he said, starting to leave.
“One last thing though,” I said. I used all my remaining muscles to pull his head towards me and kiss him. “Goodb---ye.” I cried for the last five seconds.
“Thank you.”
Then, my heart stopped beating completely. At least David was safe.
*cries* I actually cried in real life during this dream. Hopefully it won't happen in real life. If it does though, I'd be willing to do that for him.
So, what nightmares have you guys had?
